That sucks. Like Colby said, when you grow up or spend a lot of time here you just kind of get used to it/begrudgingly accept it but it’s gotta be horrible if it’s out of the ordinary

 

yeah I try to start acclimating myself to it around the springtime so by the time it's summer, it's not quite as much of a nightmare

 

Just noticed you're from Oklahoma, what a small world, I literally just got back from the gas station and the attendant was from there. Said today was definitely reminding him more of home in terms of weather lol

 

Then we get to start cooling off around Thanksgiving

 

San Diego is ridiculously expensive but I need to try staying here forever because the highest it will be this week is 81 degrees

 

100 degrees here so far, no AC. Hoping someone will get me one for my bday lol. That or a vacuum. Yay being a grown up.

Eh idk nothing too fancy. When i was a youth I always said I wanted a fancy Dyson but I only have one room in my apartment that has carpet so I don't imagine I need anything like extravagant. Trying to find something mid price and reliable. I haven't vacuumed the room since I've lived here so it feels gross to walk on barefoot

 

We like our Shark vacuum but we are needing to upgrade for sure. Been looking at cordless stick vacuums but they are still very pricey

 

My parents got us a fancy Roomba for our house warming present and it rules.

 

My fiance's brother has a Dyson vacuum that's like a fucking Transformer where you can either have it as a normal vacuum or take it apart to be a hand vacuum. Thought it was so cool

 

This is the most reliable one I’ve had since.... ever, I guess lol. At least in my adult life. Had it for like three years and still works like a charm. Sorry for the plug but shopping for any appliance unequivocally sucks so if I can help someone get through it easier I’m gonna

Oh nooo. I know you've mentioned horror stories about your neighbor.. I wonder if they may have hoarding issues and are slowly destroying the unit above yours. Could be the culprit of an infestation for sure. A landlord really should take a look inside his unit.

 

With my army of kids my house is never clean enough to get use out of a Robot vacuum. It would just go around pick up toys constantly

every days it like a high of 67, low of 58. It’s fucking perfect besides the fog rolls in each night but not sure that’s daily as I’ve only been here 2 days but my god what a city. No idea what cost of living is because most restaurants we went to were what I pay in Wisconsin so idk if it’s just the rent or what but uh yeah I don’t want to live in Wisconsin any more (I already wanted out but now more than ever lol)
