The fact that when I have pandora playing in my car (app) without phone hooked up, the volume is lower (don’t remember it doing that before), but when I plug it in, the volume is how it’s suppose to be.
I hate when I have to cough in public now but I won’t lie I definitely look at some people sideways when it sounds like they’re hacking up a lung or something.
Total first world middle class problem and that’s why it’s a tiny annoyance but when I have a meeting scheduled until 12 and another meeting at 1. Yes, I know, corporate thinks I only get and take 60 minutes for lunch but surprise, surprise I prefer to take more than that (so I usual decline whichever meeting gets sent second so i can take my extended self-imposed lunch)
I’ve legit had meeting schedule back to back from 9 am to 4 pm before. Like ah yes let me just eat and shit my pants at my desk!
I’m thankful I’m remote 4 days a week and the one day I’m in the office only 6 other people are too so it’s still all remote meetings just now I have a different desk and background items around me lol there’s a level of corporate office that is just 8-5 meetings all day every day and I will never accept that no matter what the pay is. I need to be doing something - no matter how fucking stupid and unimportant it is in the big picture lol I can’t just sit and listen to ideas and nonsense
is that just to show how well traveled they are? hahah I used to see people do that if they left their hometown for college but that actually made sense. I guess is spiraled out of control from there like everything else
listening to a song or album one day and it being incredible and coming back to it only to find that maybe it wasn't quite as incredible as you'd thought
I thought it was places they lived. As in “I lived, here, then here, back there...” I wouldn’t consider that “traveling” lol.
The target app shows all your purchases. I looked back on a year ago purchases and it’s crazy to see how much the cost of things have increased... only in one YEAR! And not like most of us get paid more in that time. Sad we as time goes on we continue to lose more money
yeah things are really bad and it feels like people are trying to remain ignorant to it but it's here and it's very real
Oh I consider it both and that now seems rare I’m assuming these people are 20-30 years old so if they lived in 6 places after age 18 I’d consider that traveling. If they are just listing everywhere they lived since they were born then that’s weird and wasn’t in their control haha
Yeah like groceries and stuff is bad enough but then throw in gas and rent and it's astronomical. Prices go up but pay is stagnant. I am bracing myself for having to move when it's time to renew my lease because everyone i know in my area has had to. We need more rent control/stabilization, something. It's so frustrating that people aren't putting more flak onto these mega corporations. They're having record profits while people can barely afford to live.
When you have something in your amazon cart to buy later, but then it increases in price *angry face emoji*
The way anyone that works in entertainment describes every single person they’ve ever worked with as just the best or nicest person ever
Getting a notification that your item has shipped only for it to stay in the “shipping label created” stage for like a week
or when you check the shipping and the status is 'delivered' but wasn't actually delivered and shows up the next day. I always think some one stole my packages. Also I live in townhouse style apartments and for some reason the mailperson has designated my appt as one of the unit they wanna leave packages that don't have unit numbers on the address. I'm not trying to be responsible for some rando's packages and I honestly dont know any of my neighbors by name so they're most likely never gonna get their packages when they come to me. I just end up leaving them in a pile at the mail box since thats not my problem.
