Someone in one of the apartments neighbouring mine sets their alarm for 4 am and sleeps through it nearly an hour each day. Thankfully it’s not loud enough to wake me if I’m sleeping, but most days I’m already up and I just want to enjoy my coffee without a soundtrack of muffled blaring.
This lady just let her dog shit on Astro turf and didn’t pick it up. Looked right at me. Smh. Lazy mf
Keeping my car clean in New England. Want to wash it in the winter? Too bad! You're going to have salt and dirt all over it the next morning. Spring/Summer? You're going to be coated in pollen within an hour or two
when you book plane tickets but type your fiance's name wrong and then you have to call Southwest Airlines and be on hold for oh, I don't know, at least 13 minutes so that you can talk to someone and change it is that too specific or can you all relate
i downloaded tiktok a while back. seemed like a good way to pass time when work was dead but after a couple days i fucking hated it. social media just blows
I bought tickets to SF in December for a trip next month and I panic every other week or so wondering if I put in a middle initial or if it’s gonna be ok if I didn’t. They make such a big deal about having your name EXACTLY THE SAME AS YOUR ID but I’m guessing/hoping no one will notice a fucking middle initial missing. And fuck the DMV person way back in the day for adding that. I’ve never once put my middle initial on something.
I hate putting my middle initial on things. tik toks that say “don’t buy this...” while another tik tok recommends one of the products someone else said not to buy. Like why. And why
I’m going to have the complain to the front office again about the guy above me letting his trash fall in front of my unit. Not sure if they’re open today. It varies. I usually wait for maintenance to come by since they go around and pick up trash anyway, but I’m tired of it.
This is so tricky with the beauty tiktok realm too. At first I'd wanna buy everything they said was worth it, but now I try to be more discerning and see if they have a similar skin type/complexion/skin concerns as me before making a judgement. I also noticed I'll see something go viral and all the influencers say to buy it, but by the next month they never use it or mention it again prob just cause of the huge volume of products they try. If I see something consistently used by a tiktoker in their videos I'm more likely to buy it as I feel like it actually stands out and isn't just lost in the fads. Takes more time but has helped curb my impulse spending
I’m really bad at impulse spending. I try to do better. Especially when I buy something but don’t entirely like it, but I don’t want to be wasteful so I will use it some of the time.
