I have only used uber pretty much for concerts and sometimes the driver will look up who is playing at the venue that night and have it playing when I get in the car and I always think it's a super cute touch
I had to use Uber when I didn’t have a car for a month. I hated it. Their cs is the worst. Glad to have a car with working a/c now that’s it’s summer and no issues, but gas prices suck!
Ok this is not exactly the same thing but once back when I was trying Uber out as a side gig I picked up these four girls that were headed to a venue downtown. They kinda all just talked amongst themselves for a little bit until the one in the passenger seat started chatting with me. Turns out they were headed to a Taylor Swift night, basically like emo night but for Swifties! Anyway we spent the rest of the drive blaring Taylor and just screaming along (this was pre-Lover) and I’ve never had such a wholesome time with four complete strangers lol. When we got to the venue they were really trying for several minutes to get me to go in with them which I thought was bizarre, but I do still regret not going a little bit
About five years ago, I introduced myself to a coworker and he replied, “You look like you play Pokémon Go.” I didn’t play, so I told him that and moved the conversation along. I still think of that interaction every so often. I’m not annoyed he said that, but I am annoyed I never asked how he drew that conclusion.
Omg I hate when ppl make observations like that about me that aren't really compliments or insults on their face so idk how to take them. What does it all meeeeean
My wife went to get me one the other day but they were “sold out from the night before.” Excuuuuse me? Just make it if you have all the shit. Haha
hard to think of another company so beloved with such a huge drop off i guess i give them kudos for listening to their customers but they could just as easily put it right back on the menu. they'll do the same thing they did with nacho fries and hope people keep clamoring for it
When someone mentions they also read books but they only read non-fiction and I basically only read fiction
I used to love reading fictional books growing up, but I've devolved into reading news articles and comics as an adult haha. I should change that.
When people leave their shopping cart in the middle of the aisle and then walk almost the whole way down to get something
when people leave their shopping cart in the middle of a parking spot and you have to move it to park there
People driving in the right lane that hold up right turn traffic at red lights because they’re waiting to just go straight. Get the fuck outta the right lane!
