I had this entire week off before I start my new job. Would’ve been one of the longest chunks of time I’ve had to myself since I was like 15.

Adding images to a PowerPoint and every time a window pops up with “recommendations” and finally once a third item is added you have an option to select “shut the fuck up” and there’s no default setting so it remembers to shut the fuck up all the time so each time I open PowerPoint I go through this.

 

I’m not sure how I feel about this... I got a letter not addressed to me, but addressed to someone else. The return address was a church. Nearly a year ago I got a letter addressed to this same person, from a lady at a senior home. Before I lived in my current apartment (I lived in a different unit at the same complex with a totally different address and apartment number) I got a letter (couldn’t remember who from and I didn’t think to take a picture) addressed to this same person!! I think I posted about this before because it’s totally odd. And when I searched this persons name and my current address came up, but not the old one, also i think it’s been several years since they lived here. This letter had “errant delivery” written on it in ink instead of pencil like how addressed also different hand writing. Seeing as it came from a church apparently, it’s possible someone at the church sent out the letter for someone else.

I watched the same thing happen at a restaurant recently. The table next to me was an older couple and they were FaceTiming someone and had the phone propped up on their table. But they literally never spoke to the person on the phone or anything. No interaction at all. It was so strange.

Women’s clothing being more “revealing” compared to men’s. Nearly no sleeves, cropped tops only, no “normal” length anymore, low backed or front, wide in the neck/shoulder area so it shows more neck. Now that’s just talking about tops. For me personally, I don’t like that style. I don’t like to show much skin. I have a lot of skin issues and it’s embarrassing and I’m insecure about it, so I like to stay covered. But women’s clothing shows too much more my liking one way or another.

Not having money for self care. And anxiety that prevents me from going out and self care.

 

I have really bad anxiety too. it can make many things in your life absolutely untenable. just know that I hope you can find the help you need because we all need help sometimes and though your anxiety may make you think you don't deserve it or whatever, that's simply not true. I'm rooting for you
