I skimmed the email they sent explaining why and saw some part in there about all the options on prime and all the shows/movies they’re making and I’m like, “yeah but what if I don’t watch any of that shit. Can I get prime for $60 a year again like when I was a student?”

pretty surprised they haven’t created different types of prime - one with and without the streaming stuff but maybe that will happen once enough people push back. No reason to create cheaper tiers when people just grumble and accept the going rate. I use it about 90% of the time just for the free/fast shipping, not the shows and movies.
