I’m literally just going for Oso I’ve seen TMP waaaaaay too many times and Mom Jeans is like the most overhyped thing in emo currently

I'll probably go. I haven't listened to TMP much since Pleasant Living, but the support is good, plus it'll probably be cheap and it's at the Lincoln Hall. Seems like it'll be fun.

 

I try to avoid shows in January/February because of how unpredictable Michigan weather can be, but I dig all three of these bands. I love that Oso Oso record, Mom Jeans seems like a lot of fun, and TMP is the best they've ever been.

This show is also the night before my birthday, which would be a lot of fun.

i mean it's just sort of the very weed focused crew of bands coming out of DIY circles. pictures of vernon, prince daddy, all these bands that are getting a lot of buzz right now

Yeah I wish P Daddy was getting the hype that Mom Jeans is getting

 

they're not far off, that tour did very very well

 

Yeah they've definitely been growing slowly in CLE at least. Fest their set was insane and hit capacity so there's something there

Next album should do it

 

It's nuts how much they've grown. Last year I saw them play Flint to about 25 people.
