Ive watched this freestyle at least 10 times now

 

One year later and this is still a jam from front to back. I play this all the time, when I want to feel a burst of sudden happiness, when I’m not at all sure what else to listen to, and sometimes even using it as a 15 minute timer for certain activities. I admittedly havent seen the visual album yet (though i really should) but the music is undeniable; unique as hell, boundary-pushing, off-kilter while still accessible. Pure flames.

 

I listen to this and the new singles so much. It’s been steady Tierra Whack since she dropped Only Child. She’s my most anticipated set at Lollapalooza (or at least top 3 with Kacey and Janelle). The 1 minute songs mean I can never get enough and want to keep listening. Genius really.

 

The new singles are truly incredible. She's my favorite new(ish) artist, bar none.

God damn she was so much fun tonight. So many great moments. She fell off the stage at one point which was actually kind of scary, but of course was a champ about it. So much energy in the crowd. By the end of the show she was pulling people on stage, just re-doing songs from Whack World. She’s so magnetic, it’s rare to see someone control a crowd completely at their attention the way she is capable of.

 

Damn I gotta check if she’s coming through Boston soon

 

New Tierra feature. It's a decent song, but IMO only really gets good at Tierra's part, which is unreal.

 

It's been nearly 2 years since Whack World came out. When is she gonna release a proper full length?

Kind of forgot about the Melanie stuff, and not super familiar with what happened. Tierra was easily the highlight of the song. I'm so so anxious for another full length project from her. Big big things are in her future.

 

I truly know nothing about her or her music, all I know is about what she did

 

She really breaks out the Young Thug flow on this one. Absolutely fantastic.
