New Song is super good, bummed I missed the 8 print vinyl. Snagged the orange splatter though.

They're back! Man I missed these guys.

Tillian-era did nothing for me, even when I was into that sound, but holy smokes was I on board with Y&C.

This is pretty good, not sure how well it stacks up to the last one, but it's definitely good

I like this, but I also feel like it's not versatile enough to justify being an hour long.

Yeah I was surprised when I saw this was an hour long. About half way through and I can see what you mean.

Old 88 has been a standout so far

I've only heard this once and unfortunately I have no motivated to go back to it..

    I love this album.
Great "get high and lost in it" LP

I’ve listened to this album about a dozen times and still probably couldn’t pick most of these songs out of a lineup. It’s so completely unmemorable to me.

Well that might be my favorite on the whole album. Damn

@White I thought you didn't care for this album? I see it made your Tier V list, which sounds like a pretty impressive feat.

It grew on me, definitely, though I stand by all my earlier criticism. I just found some stuff I loved in it, and I'm a huge sucker for this genre anyway.

Ah gotcha. That makes sense. I'll have to give this another listen then. Btw did you ever hear Covet's new album or Night Verses?

I, somehow, have never listened to either, and upon checking them both out right now, regret that immensely. How the shit did I miss these?

Lol you done goofed! Let me know what you think, I really enjoyed those two and for what it's worth they made my non-existent list.

They're both absolutely rad, I'm ever so cheesed that I missed them.

Glad to hear! Both are wonderful. Night Verses did for me what Tides of Man couldn't do. They made an hour long album that feels so cohesive with good dynamics. Heavy when need be, but then gets soft at just the right times. Doesn't feel like a hour long listen.

Covet is just gorgeous. Short and sweet

Don’t hate me for bumping this, but we need some new music from this band. I saw updates on Facebook that they were recording last year so hopefully we get something this year!

Beeb revisiting both this album and Y&C. Definitely prefer Y&C to this, but this album does have some great tunes. Outside Ourselves and Infinite Ceiling, in particular, are very very tight.
