For what it's worth, I've gotten the free tickets to work with the Korn/Rob Zombie and Def Leppard shows in Irvine, CA. Strangely, they only let me put in a single voucher code for each event, yet allowed me to get four free tickets each time. The voucher instructions said each code is worth only two tickets, and that you can use up to two codes per event (for four tickets total). Not sure if that's a glitch Ticketmaster needs to iron out, but I'm PDF-ing my receipts showing "TOTAL CHARGES US $0.00" in case they try to charge me later.

Consumer protections are lagging way behind the curve. There needs to be a massive overhaul of the entire system.
