yeah i always kind of lump Cursive and MCR and Thursday together since theyre all friends and have done guest vocals for each other, plus they all kind of take that dark emo rock sound and go in different directions with it. im still in my Cursive phase lol. Domestica onwards is a great discography. dont care much for the first two
I never really lumped mcr in with the other two (although I do know the Thursday/mcr association) but that makes sense ya My favorite cursive song is from semantics of song! I love domestica and TUO still but as much as I like their other stuff, nothing could ever touch those two for me. I do love how each release since domestica sounds like a totally different band tho haha
oh i love HH a lot but I love Gemini a bit more. But I think the last 3 Cursive albums all have something great about them.
In about a month or two I'm gonna write an article just like on medium or something about tdag and acbtld and what they meant and mean for the scene 10 years later. Kinda miss writing about music but don't wanna do reviews at all so this will be a nice return
