Geoff was on a podcast late last month, says at 47 min mark that he has 2 records he's working on (can't say what exactly they are) and Thursday are "always writing new music, a lot of it ends up on the cutting room floor, but there are a couple (songs) that are prob going to come out...because they're really, really good."

So this might not have been the announcement most of us wanted, we still have new stuff coming. Just have to be a bit more patient

Their quality over quantity strategy works for them. The 3 tracks they’ve released so far are awesome.

 

yes I adore the three songs and I'm thrilled to have no dev on vinyl finally so I'm very happy

 

I've heard Geoff say a couple of times he's been working on some experimental music and one of his best friends/favourite singers has sung over them and they are going to release an album. From the hints I've gathered, I'm pretty sure that person is Anthony Green.

 

You can't just say something like this, you could hurt someone.

 

I would be happy with that AND a new No Devotion album because the last one is really underrated!

Now I wait patiently (as much as I can) for ACBTLD to get one

 

Unfortunately I already have ND on vinyl. Where is the CE reissue?

 

Never really checked them out until last year and I had to have played each album 50+ times since then

He said that he misses not writing songs with Tom and she didn’t even ask a follow up! Grrrrr

 

Maybe this was answered somewhere, so I'm sorry if this is something that was discussed before, but is there some news about a potential remaster or remix or something for "A City by the Light Divided"? I mean, it is 20 years old this year and I love that record but it's just so... compressed, if that's the right word.

 

yeah the mix has always been a big ceiling on that album for me as much as i do enjoy the songs on it, sounds very blown out

 

Wrapped up the Thursday section in Sell Out. Some really interesting stuff in there and now want to read Geoff’s books.

 

Geoff’s book is awesome and so is sell out. The American Express advertisement part is crazy
