I am thinking they start the show at Wrecking Ball with Understanding in a Car Crash or For the Workforce, Drowning. I listened to A City By The Light Divided recently after the better part of a year listening to War All The Time and Full Collapse and wow was I missing out

 

I always thought For The Workforce, Drowning was such a great opener.

 

I wouldn't know since I never caught them live. Unless you meant on record, and it is absolutely crushing as an opener. I wasn't expecting it. That Noisey rank your records thing Geoff did a while back has him saying he loved that song as a live opener because it defied people's expectations of Thursday as a band in the scene or whatever

 

This band has a surprising amount of music videos and just...woof. The mid 2000s were not kind to anyones aesthetics, huh

 

The only video I've ever watched from Thursday is "At This Velocity". Never have been a music video kind of guy. Well, not in the last 10-15 years anyhow. I used to love music videos when I was a kid and would watch TRL and Pop-Up Video.

 

Can't wait to see Thursday. Gonna catch a lil bit of Trapped Under Ice and then get there a lil early for Thursday

 

I remember how excited I was when I saw the video for Counting...mainly because I didn't really use the internet back then, and had no idea they were coming out with a new album.

 

That was the first one I saw, the one I was definitely thinking of most when I wrote that post, and Counting as well. Real bad, but the music is sick so whatever.
