We know they did some recording in 2025. I predict an EP this year. I BELIEVE. Also happy 1 year anniversary to "Taking Inventory of a Frozen Lake"
I predict a full new album + ACBTLD anniversary tour + a reissue of that album with the double album concept they initially had in mind + a rerelease of those lockdown livestreams
Geoff's instagram story confirms he is working on his second book and working on some records this year with a much lighter tour schedule. If I had to guess No Devotion, Thursday and maybe United Nations (he didn't specifically mention anything but after the last year it wouldn't be hard to get inspiration for new songs)
I’d complain about it for ten minutes and then absolutely buy it haha love that album art and packaging
Hype levels: MAXIMUM Why are they quoting "A Gun In The First Act" lyrics? Repress of No Devolucion? Or perhaps the live performance Full Devolucion? 25 years of Full Collapse 20 years of City By The Light 15 years of No Devolucion Perhaps full album play tour where they do a different album each night?
So damn down for another book by Geoff. I feel comfortable calling Someone Who Isn’t Me a masterpiece.
Love that last week on IG Geoff says he is going to relax and focus on music and his next book. A week later teases tour and the first date leaks.
Personally I would pay A LOT of money to see ACBTLD and ND live in full, but they can barely draw playing FC/WATT album plays, so unless they're playing like, 300 cap rooms, those shows would be massive failures, unfortunately.
They hinted at a "closing out music hall of williamsburg" thing a while back, I wouldn't be shocked if non-FC/WATT album plays happened at that and only that.
Maybe just a couple of shows? Similar to how they celebrated Waiting. That would line-up with Geoff's mention of lighter touring.
Yeah, they may be able to get away with it in their hometown, NYC, Chicago, LA or something, but I don’t think they can do it as a full tour. Last time they played Cleveland, it was a full album Full Collapse album play and they played a 600 cap venue that didn’t sell out.
In Oct they did this fun little game/podcast thingy, and said there's def more music coming. Mentioned at the 23:50 mark
