Foxing was my AOTY but White Bikes was probably my song of the year. Some of those lyrics absolutely wreck me

 

Why would you put out three new songs, only play one of them and still give Falling Bomb time in a shortened set because you’re support? I just don’t get it. Cool to see Lovesong Writer on there though—will never complain about more ACBTLD getting played live even if that’s my least favorite on the record haha

 

White Bikes was my favorite song that came out last year. Powerful stuff

 

Great set tonight!

 

Falling bomb always gets the crowd at the end and it always leads into an explosive next song, which is fun. They are playing some deeper cuts which is interesting. Surprised they are playing them over the set staples or the other new ones.

White bike has taken the lead as my favorite over Application at this point.

 

The setlist has my bank account and I very glad that I didn’t spend $50 before fees on a ticket to see them play a direct support set lol

 

I think we'll have White Bikes in the set for the UK/EU leg, with Norman being back. We better!

Hmm trying to get tickets to their London show with LS Dunes. These prices seem kind of crazy- like 60 pounds. Should I just buy them?

Oh whoops it's with Rise Against- love their hits, need to dive into their discography

Legitimately I told my sister she needs to start bringing my nephew to concerts so we can do this cause those kids always get the drumsticks and shout outs. I mean why have kids if not for this purpose???

Haha nope, I rarely edit the ones I take. If they look terrible I tend to delete them. I also took a bunch of them as “Live Photos” so they could be turned into “boomerangs” on my Instagram story.

 

Different tours, Rise Against is Dunes. Silverstein is Thursday.

Reading in their most recent post that Tucker is leaving Thursday mid-tour to go start the dunes tour rubbed me the wrong way for some reason..but I guess it also goes along with them considering Thursday more of a collective or whatever now and it’s really none of my fucking business lol.

 

Jeez…I can’t recall anyone but Tucker ever drumming for them

They've had someone filling in for Tucker a couple of times at least here and there on different tours when it clashes with Dunes :( It sounded like he's back for the UK/EU leg.

 

Probably a long shot but… anyone selling tickets for Silverstein/Thursday at House of Blues Anaheim tonight? Looking for two tickets, and everywhere I’ve checked is wildly marked up currently. Anyone have any good recommendations of groups, etc. online to check?
