They were great tonight. I’ve only ever listened to Full Collapse before and I very much enjoy it. That being said… where should I go next in their discography?
Could either go through their discography chronologically from there or skip to City by the Light Divided. Don’t sleep on No Devolucion either
Chronologically is the way to go. It’s fun to hear their progression, peaking with (IMO) No Devolución, but everyone has their favorite. I’m of the opinion they don’t have any bad albums.
Incredible band. Just move forward in their discography and double back around to Waiting when you’re done
Yep, absolutely work your way through the different albums. Read some of the backstory for each one, too, and where they were coming from on each album.
Yeah, definitely go in order. Please be aware that once you get to the end of Autumn Leaves Revisited on A City By The Light Divided, you may need assistance picking yourself up off the floor.
yeah it seemed like it’s the same lineup as they had last summer/fall with no keys and norman in for tom sad to wonder if andrew will ever play with them again at this point
I’m pretty sure he did the ND livestream set with them. I’m sure covid makes it difficult because I think he’s living in a different state from them, much like Tom Then again, we’ve seen them four for a few years now where their setlists are HEAVY on FC and WATT material so idk :/
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen them with the full line up unless the wrecking ball warmup show was all 6 of them. I’m not positive Andrew was there though. edit: he was.
saw some folks get turned away for not having masks so that was bizarrely nice to see such a weird place to have this show
yeah security has been strict with masks it’s nice to see tim and co filled in for Appleseed cast too!
folks who risked covid to not see autumn leaves performed the last couple nights, i beg you to not look at the warren ohio (of all places) setlist from tonight
!!!!!!!!! If they play Autumn Leaves in Denver I will take off all my clothes and sit crosslegged on the ground in the middle of the pit sobbing hysterically
