Ah okay, sorry, misunderstood. But I've definitely seen people saying they're at least hesitant to attend if there's just a 72-hour negative test required if there's also no mask requirement.
Yep, completely understand. Question came to mind after reading comments/seeing reactions to both DCFC and Ruston Kelly's requirements. Comments like "welp, you lost a fan" or "wasted two tickets." Those fans likely are refusing the vaccine...but I didn't understand their hesitancy to show a negative test. Even with masks, there are too many ways around it (eat/drink). Best you can hope for is an outdoor vac required show.
I've only been a casual fan of this band but I've had their discography playing all day after seeing them last night
I kinda want to go to the NC show but I'm afraid to buy a ticket, drive an hour, and have them play 12 songs. They seem to always under-deliver on their promises, especially on their headlining sets..
I feel exactly the same way, but it would be an hour and a half for me plus it's on a Monday night. Even their "reunion" tour in 2017 was only 15 songs including an encore!
I understand that but I think I'm getting old to the point where I'm like...12 songs is a great number lol
I kinda agree, but I'm also old enough where driving 1.5 hours one way for an hour set on a week night makes me feel very tired
I’m so lucky. I’m in walking distance to every venue here in SLC. I hope my wife never wants to move. Haha.
Genuinely been considering another London-east coast trip for their Christmas shows but worried about booking things in case of cancellations :(
He only did the third signals show too didn’t he? Also The TITR guitarist talked about getting asked to play with them on his IG story a few weeks ago and mentioned Frank from MCR was originally supposed to be on this run before he broke his wrist or whatever and he did that a while ago I thought.
i think normans played a bunch of shows with them since theyve gotten back together. hes pretty much an unofficial member at this point it seems like
https://www.facebook.com/thursday/posts/432900304861277 I can't go to any of those shows but for this I will at least buy a ticket. EDIT: The tickets are $30-$40...uhhh might just have to hold off. Though setting up a patreon for a couple months seems like a much better option for something like this. At least for the digital stuff.
Wouldn’t forgive myself I don’t go to that Nashville date. Two of my favorite bands. surely they play “Ladies and Gentlmen: My Brother, the failure” right?
Louisville on a Saturday? Looks like I'll be paying my parents a bonus visit a few weeks after the holidays haha
As someone who has lived in Northeast Ohio my entire life, I've never been to a show in Youngstown/Warren. That's so bizarre.
that’s cool. i saw george clinton there a few years ago. i would imagine it’s mostly legacy acts that generally play it
In the past, I have usually gone to wrestling events at Packard. Most of the acts there are nostalgia acts or weird shows like the Tiger King people. The location is definitely a weird spot for the gig, but would rather have it here than in Akron because this drive is a lot closer for me.
