is that ambient noise thing at the beginning of The Other Side of the Crash a Godspeed You! Black Emperor sample?? around 8 or 9 minutes into the first song on F# A# 8, it sounds the same to me but i haven't checked if there's a credit or anything for it

 

I listened to No Devolución today and my god that album is fucking great.

Nice. I hope Geoff does some live stream/donation sets of his own, like lots of artists are doing. I'm sure lots of people would really enjoy it and also want to support his work. I've been enjoying watching Anthony Green and David Bazan's sets and throwing them a few $$.

 

Loving the Ben Gibbard ones as well. Dude has such a huge catalogue and he's getting through tonnes

That was great if anyone didn't see it, they did have connectivity issues but a great chat then Norman played a version of stay by no devotion and Geoff played this side of brightness with sunlight shining through his window. Very special
