Where have you been?! You've got quite a lot of music to catch up on then! They put out some new music in 1999, and then released a new album every 2 or 3 years after that until 2011. You should check all of them out!

That shirt was and is hilarious. Really hope they have gotten excited enough to actually start making new music and keep it going.

 

it's gotta be pretty lame playing the same 2 albums front to back for the last few years. but you'd think at soundcheck and driving on the road and stuff, you'd end up writing some things here and there. so yeah, fingers crossed they've got something new cookin. even just a single/EP would be great.

 

Honestly I think they're like the one band that genuinely still enjoys playing those two and how it affects people. It's pretty wild, but I'm happy for them for being able to do that.

 

Just realized I phrased that weirdly but YOU GET WHAT I MEAN

 

When I saw them a few months ago Geoff looked like he could not of been happier when they were playing Full Collapse. I know he has had some incredibly hard struggles the past few years. Surviving something like a drug addiction can really give you a perspective on what is important and what to be grateful for.

 

listen to WATT again. i would wholly welcome a return to that sound.

 

As much as I prefer the sound of their last three albums, I’m down for any new Thursday music and wouldn’t be surprised if it were to be in the vein of FC/WATT, which would be great because those are two of my top 50 favorite albums of all time

 

I could see them bridging the gap between where they left off and WATT/FC

but also i'm not holding my breath for new music
