holy shit my "on this day in facebook" today is from 7 years ago when i saw thursday on the no dev tour

 

Anyone heard any word on support for the Jersey shows? I'm hoping for someone Touche Amore level, but maybe that's hoping for too much.

 

So Tucker just did an instagram post asking 'who's coming to the NJ shows?'

Anthony Green responded 'I am'

Any tips on what to do in asbury park? I've never been, figuring I'll make a whole day out of it Sunday. Anything from parking, what to do/eat is appreciated!

 

Agreed! I’ve been to Asbury before so I know there’s that amazing sandwich shop, but I’ve never been to the lanes. How is the stage setup?

 

Also I’m only coming to tonight but I’m so stoked! Leaving Richmond now.

 

The Speakeatery has good sandwiches
Porta & Talula's both have great pizza
Dark City is a solid brewery (Also Asbury Festhalle is a nice beer garden)
Walking along the boardwalk is fun, especially near convention hall
There are some cool vintage shops for shopping

 

Any idea of set times? I'm surprised no one's been talking about the last couple shows here.

 

Support has been on at 9, Thurs at 10.15

I have been to every show and going tonight. They’ve been phenomenal. The first night wasn’t as raucous as Friday and Saturday (maybe because it’s a weekday) but the last couple night have just been crazy. Geoff is sounding great.

Thursday set was FC plus Otherside, Running From the Rain (!!) and You Were the Cancer

Friday was WATT plus Turnpike Divides and Jet Black

Saturday was Otherside, Counting, then Full Collapse followed by You Were the Cancer and Jet Black

Anthony Green is such a hottie. First time seeing him solo, what an incredible voice he has. Only disappointment was he didn’t come out to do any vocals with Geoff. Maybe tonight (Steps Ascending??)

Also, yeah sex is good but have you ever seen How Long is the Night outro into Understanding in a Car Crash??

 

I would kill for Running or You Were the Cancer pleeeeeease guys.

Friday was amazing but I had to basically run home to VA the next morning so I didn’t get a chance to process much. Ended up meeting up with someone I know and hanging with her group instead of being alone which was a blast. Can’t wait until December.

 

Yeah they’re selling signed FC. They were doing mystery bags of all shirts but unfortunately that sold out before I got one.
