Listening to Full Collapse right now. This album is fucking magical. I really don't know how else to describe it.

 

My second fav Thursday album.

re visited No Dev the other day, and my God I forget how truly incredible it is. The accordion in A Gun In the First Act, the drums throughout the record, Stay True, and the lyrics are phenomenal.

 

Really never gave this record a chance and I've owned it for years. Listening to, "A Gun In the First Act," though as we speak, and wowww. Amazing.

 

Full Collapse is great but the 4 albums after it are better

 

The next LP will be their masterpiece

 

Ughh...I have to do some major revisiting. I was so turned off by ACBTLD upon it's release that I never gave anything since a fair listen.

 

I never enjoyed FC. I started with ACBTLD.

ACBTLD is absolutely amazing.

 

I've listened to this the last few nights. I've always liked the record, always enjoyed Thursday's music but never loved them (hell, haven't even heard all of their albums to be honest) but the last few days FC has been THE go to album for me. really, really enjoying now more than i ever did in the past. funny how that works sometimes.

 

ACBTLD>ND>WATT>CE>FC>Waiting would be my ranking. ACBTLD is a masterpiece

 

I will absolutely give those albums another shot, but NO WAY can FC be so close to the bottom! Haha. Honestly, they've always reminded me of Thrice, not in the sense that their music is similar, but in that fan fav selection is across the board.

 

FC is great and very influential but the other albums are better by a mile

 

Apple Music suggested I listen to No Devo today. It's the first time in a while I've listened. This album is definitely my favorite Thursday album of them all.

Unless that news they were talking about was Riot Fest, but I feel like that's not what they were hyping.
