yup can confirm it is true

 

Even though "Tokyo" sort of half mocks what I'm about to say, I love how it makes me relive the 9 year old self I've long ago forgotten, when I obsessed over DBZ & Toonami. So vividly brings all that back.

This album is just so much fun and so weird.

 

I didn't like it at first but me and a friend talked extensively about it and now I absolutely love it after a few more listens. The end section after Drink Dat doesn't do much for me but the first seventeen songs are a wild ride

 

Totally surprised by this, such a fun album.

 

Just checking this out today. It's taking me on a wild ride!

Just gotta say - that was an awesome TDC. Like maybe one of the best I've watched.

 

Weird bump, but I think this album and Thundercat in general may have finally clicked with me. I've been listening to a lot of jazz and funk in the past 6/12 months and listening to this again now, i'm noticing bits here and there that I missed first times round and i'm appreciating it a lot more. Yeah.

 

This album is so much fun

 

Saw him at the Blue Note back in February and it was amazing
