The pressure is on to decide if I jump on the Alchemy Index or not. I've bought 4 records this month, which is 3 more than I normally do, and haven't holiday shopped at all. On the other hand, I think I like it more than Vheissu now and about as much as their best work, Beggars, so it's tough

 

Overtime I’ve grown to dislike blood on the sand more and more but I do like it live.

Black Honey reminds me of Major/Minor with how alt rock it is but the guitar lick is real cool.

I wouldn’t mind them never playing anything pre Vheissu again. I’ve seen those songs so many god damn times. Ha

 

I want to hear Beggars live, front to back.

I heard Black Honey yesterday on my local alt rock station (89X) and i swear its the first time I’ve heard them play Thrice since 2005

 

were the setlist better/different tonight?

Vheissu has been really doing it for me lately. The stretch from The Earth Will Shake to Music Box is nothing short of fantastic.

 

I said this before in the bracket thread, but for me the stretch of brilliance goes from "The Earth Will Shake" all the way through "Stand And Feel Your Worth"

 

Why you stop there and not include Red Sky?

 

Red Sky is kinda boring.

 

Red Sky is good but I consider the 8 songs in that stretch much better honestly.
