I saw that, I just got the vheissu and the illusion of safety one not too long ago but I guess I can't have too many Thrice shirts. Have you listened to the new album? Lol

 

I had a dream the other night that they made a music video for Dead Wake (still one of my favorites from the H/W project) and it was basically them in a dinghy, dark room in black and white. As the song gets going water starts pouring into the room ala the titanic. Other shots include people frantically trying to escape the ship in clothes from 50’s-ish style from the og Beggars artwork. As the song continues the water gets deeper for both the Thrice boys and passengers on ship. Until the very end where basically the water is up to their mouths.

It would be a combo of these 2 videos: (Sorry to include something from my Christian upbringing, lol)

 

May this next record be the first* record where they don't omit unbelievably good songs.

TLFBTE is genuinely one of my top albums ever, even after me having left the faith.

 

Eclipse has always had a special place in my heart.

 

I'm so ready for some album news or single announcement or fall tour plans. I haven't really seen any hype for Thrice's new album anywhere but here when other music sites discuss upcoming albums for this year.

 

All it takes is writing the perfect song and playing it just for us.

Apparently at Dustin’s solo show last night he was drunk and was forgetting lyrics and and messing up quite a bit

He doesn’t seem drunk there. He just didn’t have the lyrics down yet.

 

Wasn’t he just recommending NA beer on insta not too long ago? I guess people can change or hide whatever they want from the public eye but I’ve never really taken him for a big drinker..

 

He tends to forget lyrics in these more intimate settings, but such behavior had to happen at least once under the guise of his new country music persona.

 

Not tryna be a dick but you can still drink NA beer and also drink regular beer? Also don’t think we should assume he has a problem

 

Not sure he can pull off that cowboy hat.

Not at all what I was trying to say. I assumed he doesn’t drink at all and thought it was cool he was promoting best day a while ago. I find it highly unlikely he was drunk enough to mess with his performance but if he was I was chalking it up to being a lightweight due to my perception he doesn’t drink at all lol
