As someone in the vinyl thread said, this is basically a “grail” record for me. I have had an almost irrational love for that cover since it was first shown.

This is a great day.

 

Gosh, I'm so torn on this. Love the version I have with the b-sides 7" accompanying, but that cover...

 

But I already have 2 copies of Beggars on vinyl. Maybe I'll offload those to cover this purchase . . .

@Ricky's Law at first I was like damn do I have that many 8s on my name? Lol, also I am glad to be seen as a glass half full kind of guy. I'm still calling it september or october, they love to drop their albums around my favorite time of the year. I can totally see them debuting a new song during those european shows in the summer.

it was never meant to be the OG cover. The company fucked up.

 

Honestly this is more hilariously disappointing than seeing "New and glory" on my When We Were Young shirt.
