We don't talk about it, but luis1988889 is here right now and for some reason is carrying something sharp, oh no!
I wonder what the "24" in the lower right indicates. The Artist - Revisited podcast image had a "23". Is that a count of all of their releases - albums, EPs, podcasts? Something else?
Ah. Duh. I'm an idiot. Also, hard to believe it has been over a year since The Artist Revisited. Time is flying. We've been blessed with lots of material, and great nostalgic tours, from them in the last few years, but I still can't help but think that Horizons/West is going to end up arriving WAY later than they initially suggested.
Most of their albums since Vheissu have been released or meant to be released in September/ october. I hope it's not a year away. I'm surprised there hasn't been some updates on how the writing process is going. But i'm sure they are cooking up something real good if they aren't rushing to simply release something, it felt like they weren't happy with the leftovers from the horizons east sessions. I probably misheard him but I felt like Dustin mentioned something about releasing an upcoming The beatles covers while performing at the warfield show last year but maybe he was talking about Helter Skelter being on the Beggars sessions. But I wonder what the unreleased vinyl is with Manchester Orchestra and if it has to do with that.
I could see them doing some sort of split with MO for Record Store Day. That very much sounds like something they'd do.
Artist Revisited essentially took the place (and timeline) of Horizons/West. So, yeah, West is already 2 years past their original timeline. I was hoping for a single in Q4 to set up a 2025 Q1 album release, but I don't think they'll release anything that conflicts with the marketing for Beggars' nostalgia tour.
It's suppose to come out during this fall tour Would be sick but I doubt it, if they debut a new song after they are done playing the Beggars album.
That's exactly what I thought of. It seems a little late now that they've more or less moved onto Beggars.
I think it’s probably just a 2-3 song live session from Ernie ball. Someone in the in exile fan group said another band (polyphia) had a similar session a month ago.
