I always thought that was geared towards the annoying people in the crowd who keep shouting at them to play Deadbolt and other old shit *realizes that Hoods on Peregrine could now be considered old shit*
I mean, probably more towards that, but I think it kind of applies to all their stuff. They seem very adamant about only playing what they want to play, which is fair. Not to say they’ve never deviated, but it seems to be a rare occurance.
I never listened to Less Art before today for some reason, but this album is sick. I encourage everyone to check it out if they haven’t already
With the amount of times I’ve seen the band they’ve basically hit everything I’ve wanted for songs in a set list. Not too bummed to have missed them this time around since there was nothing close to me for shows and saw them on the Vheissu anniversary tour and saw them on the last fall tour with Touché. still debating making the trip down for furnace fest to see them play IoS in full since there would be other bands I’d like to see. Was gonna wait to see if they were gonna announce a tour of it but seeming less likely now.
Looks like the repress of Major/Minor is going to have three acoustic tracks on it as well. Yellow Belly, Promises, and what else?
Yeah those were the three acoustic songs released during that album cycle Anyone remember the remix of Words in the Water though? That was tight.
On the other hand, I wish Ben Weinman's remix of Digital Sea was a bit different different. Like way longer for starters.
Posted it in the other thread: If anyone is on the fence about going, I have a free ticket and welcome you to join me. Not looking for anything in return.
Seeing people saying it’s because of bus issues and that they’ve already trouble this tour? But just seems like a very odd/short type of statement from them
If it was something sudden then a quick reply is fine. Sucks for those who bought tickets, but they probably had something happen. Just hope all is ok. Could be personal.
I wonder if they didn’t cancel and refund it because it’s a co-headliner and they figured there was a near even split between fans going for both bands, for just Thrice, and for just Bayside. I would imagine if it was just Thrice headlining that they would have canceled and offered refunds.
Ticketmaster has the worst refund policy out there. Head automatica dropped off three tours I had tickets to and I couldn't get refunds for any of them because they weren't headlining
I love going to shows alone. I just didn't want to let a free ticket go to waste. Instead, two are going to waste now lol
