I think not liking Artist is a bigger hot take then not liking Beggars.

I very much love Beggars. I enjoy Artist for nostalgia purposes, but when I was trying to get my wife into Thrice, I only showed her stuff from Vheissu and beyond.

Beggars is fine but Vheissu and Fire are much more my style.

It's been said so many times, but another Fire style album please.

It doesn't even have to be Messenger style heavy, just more Firebreather and Burn the Fleets.

Illusion-Artist-V-TAI era is top tier Thrice
TBE-Palms-Deeper Wells era is mid tier Thrice
Beggars - M/M era is right under that, but I love the albums too much to call it lower tier
    IC is just hanging around

    Enjoy :-)

To be clear, I liked that post because it ranked stuff, not for its trash rankings.

Aw, I know Beggars is super loved on this site so I'm going to get hate, but I also know that's a smaller portion of fan base.

I don't care how it's ranked, but those are top 3 are def the best.

Everywhere comes closest I guess, but I don't think any songs on that album are on that level.

Oh I'm full of spicy takes, like M/M and Palms are both fantastic and Beggars isn't the end all, be all Thrice album by miles. I'm here all day until 5.

It’s just a matter of preference.

I’d put Beggars,Vheissu,To Be Everywhere, as my favourites, but Alchemy Index, M/M, Artist, Palms, Illusion are all great and have some of my favourite Thrice songs are on those records. All records I enjoy immensely for different reasons.

Identity Crisis really doesn’t even compare in my mind.
