I'm not ready for this but here goes Silver Wings The Arsonist The Sky is Falling Burn the Fleet The Whaler The Messenger A Song For Milly Michaelson Daedalus gahhhh those last 2 are so hard
Come All You Weary Digital Sea The Sky is Falling Burn the Fleet Moving Mountains The Messenger Broken Lungs Daedalus
Come All You Weary Digital Sea The Sky is Falling Burn the Fleet The Whaler The Messenger Broken Lungs Daedalus
Silver Wings The Arsonist The Sky is Falling Burn the Fleet Moving Mountains The Lion and the Wolf Broken Lungs Daedalus
Come All You Weary The Arsonist - like "Digital Sea" alot, but the "The Arsonist" is "The Arsonist" The Sky Is Falling Burn The Fleet - Fire is my favorite disc and Earth is my least favorite, so this will probably happen whenever the two meet. The Whaler The Messenger - see above Broken Lungs - This one was tough Night Diving - This one was also tough Probably the hardest matchup for me this round.
Come All You Weary The Arsonist The Sky Is Falling The Earth Isn't Humming The Whaler The Messenger A Song For Milly Michaelson Daedalus
Come All You Weary Digital Sea The Sky is Falling The Earth Isn't Humming The Whaler The Messenger A Song For Milly Michaelson Night Diving
This will be my favorite part of the bracket Silver Wings - Something about hearing that opening guitar in Weary live, but I go with Silver Wings because it laid the foundation for Salt and Shadow Digital Sea - I remember hearing this on a Take Action comp and not getting it until I listened to the entire EP The Sky Is Falling - This matchup made me realize that Digging My Own Grave is the song I've listened to the least amongst the entirety of Alchemy The Earth Isn't Humming - The live version is much better, but still what a great cover The Whaler - Dustin's lyrics here are top notch and I wish this was a live staple The Messenger - pretty easy matchup here. Not much else to say Broken Lungs - Riley's drums always attracted me to this song. Great seeing this live last Friday! Daedalus - my two favorite songs on all of Alchemy so this matchup sucks. Again Daedalus has some of Dustin's best lyrics and vocal performances. I was hoping Seneca would be similar to Night Diving, but they never fleshed that out. Fuck this matchup though!
1) Silver Wings 2) The Arsonist 3) The Sky is Falling 4) Burn the Fleet 5) The Whaler 6) The Messenger 7) Broken Lungs 8) Daedalus
Come All You Weary Digital Sea The Sky is Falling Burn the Fleet Moving Mountains The Messenger Broken Lungs Daedalus
Hearing Dustin play A Song For Milly Michaelson on his Carry the Fire has forever changed that song for me
Silver Wings Digital Sea Sky is Falling The Earth Isn’t Humming The Whaler The Messenger Broken Lungs Daedalus
Come All You Weary Digital Sea Digging My Own Grave Burn the Fleet The Whaler The Lion and the Wolf A Song For Milly Michaelson Night Diving Voting against Moving Mountains was not an easy decision.

God I love the packaging of this collection so much. One of my most prized processions. That'd be awful. Granted, I believe the winner will end up being off Air Daedalus
Come All You Weary (Tough one) The Arsonist (Coin flip. The main riff/drums put this just over Digital Sea) Digging My Own Grave (This song has an 1800s saloon vibe to it that I absolutely love) Burn the Fleet (Probably my favorite song on Fire vs. my least favorite song in their catalogue, easy) The Whaler (Love Moving Mountains but The Whaler is my favorite Thrice song) The Messenger A Song for Milly Michaelson Night Diving (Another tough one as Daedalus is one of my favorite Thrice songs. The imagery I get when listening to Night Diving is incredibly vivid and that bassline is just sublime. Impressive for a band that doesn't typically do instrumentals.)
Hope they do them more often from time to time, since "Night Diving" is proof that they can pull them off.
