this sounds fan-fucking tastic. I was never a big fan of the over the top super tight/compressed production of the original. This sounds a lot more organic. love it

that's what I am doing currently. it's interesting to hear this style done with their more...current mixing style. works for some songs better than others but its nice to hear these regardless. it's kind of like with Senses Fail revisiting From The Depths of Dreams... while it sounds better, I'll still probably gravitate toward the originals.
