I hardly ever comment in this thread, but man does it always make for great fodder when I need to kill some time. There are always unique twists in-between all the terrible shitposting, and I’m never sure which side I’m on, but I feel the need to keep up, etc. What I’m saying is, this niche group is Real HouseThrice’s of ChorusFM.
Honestly the TBS thread is probably the best thread on here. Never a bit of drama even though people disagree all the time, it's respectful and fun always.
Loving this Ep, but I think overall this batch of B-Sides my be my least favorite compared to the Vheissu and Beggars ones we got. The most exciting part to me is that the Vheissu ones sounded like they belong on that album and the same for Answered and Red Telephone for Beggars. The 4 Deeper Wells songs sound so different from each other and from the songs on Palms mostly. The head space they were in when writing this album seems all over the place and that's cool.
Seriously, when drama starts in this thread and I start defending one side, someone on that side then says or does something stupid and I'm like "welp, back in the middle I go"
I know you hate most music, but have you tried listening to their most recent release? They are no where like their older poppy emo stuff. I think you may like it, esp the opening track Death Wolf. Edit: give it a listen
I've grown to super love it. I think the first 3 tracks are the best 3 song stretch they have and it's my favorite album of theirs.
It's possible, I never really paid attention to the video, which is a pretty funny idea to just have the band eating and hanging out while the song plays.
