no its not, not even remotely. dont use a band with a sexual abuser in it as an example of a band that did something you like. how is this that hard to understand?

 

What he was talking about has nothing to do with the band or band members. He was referencing the release/roll out.

I mean, I get it. People got really mad about what went down with BN and Jesse. That behavior shouldn't be tolerated in this day and age. Not excusing anything by my next statement, however, that was a totally different time in which lots of things were very different. Unless it was you on the other end of that computer screen then I think the sensitivity knob has been cranked a little too high. If you get upset just by the mere mention of a band name on a forum that discusses said band and other bands like them, them maybe pick a different place? Not trying to be a dick at all but you can't expect an entire community of people to conform around your feelings. Sorry if you got upset!

I'm happy the album will be out pretty much a full month before they stop in my city, I should know the album inside and out by then since they will probably play 4 or 5 tracks from it I'm guessing.

 

I'm really interested to hear how the song with the fans voices came out. Is it gonna sound massive? Will you be able to hear different voices in there or will it all blend together?

 

Yeah, at least. I know they played 6 new songs for their Cleveland headline date for TBEITBN

 

I'm guessing that's the next single we'll get.

Didn’t intend to start anything by just making a quick passing reference. I do not treat the band name as some kind of “he who must not be named” thing. I apologize if I triggered anyone. Merely mentioning them does not suddenly mean that I disregard the importance of what happened in November, and how it should shape the industry in a better trajectory for supporting the abused.

 

Will probably be like this is war when 30stm did it. Just gang vocals.

 

I remember AFI had fans come in to do group vocals for Beautiful Thieves and it sounded awesome but had a ton of effects on it. I'm also curious on if they will autotune the hell out of the fans or not lol.
