It’s not. Or shouldn’t be. People need a sense of humour as well though. Unrelated, but after watching that interview, I am amazed that a headlining band wouldn’t come introduce themselves to a band like Thrice right away. Also, I’m glad things are working well for Thrice and Epitaph.

Derail a thread? I think the people who derailed the thread are the people who went out of their way to try and cause trouble after I complimented the band for trying new things on Palms.
While that last part is a good point, a lot of songs probably go through and ton of phases and reworks. Haha yes. Mike J, if Tep Pow said he loved the song would you like it then? I had no idea there was another voice on that song at all. I'll have to relisten to it.
I'm torn because it is 100% instigating/poking the bear, ect but the original instance this stemmed from was such a non issue that turned into a joke and shit show. I feel that deserves to be mocked over how ridiculous it all was and all the trouble users flocking in to stur up trouble. If I had to lean one way though, I'd vote to just drop it and not bring it up anymore. I get why poking fun isn't undeserved, but I'd rather have a pleasant experience on here and not fight.

Agreed. I only have issues when someone throws out personal insults. There’s no place for that kind of thing here.
Exactly. Insults are not required and entirely avoidable. You can disagree with someone, but have conversation or dialogue, and actually read what you are responding to.
I think it just means that they reworked the track a lot and were about to scrap it entirely but they finally found a version that felt right. A software going through a lot of beta versions doesn't mean the final version is bad. By the way I was mostly playing with you with that masterpiece comment. I like the track, but it's far from a masterpiece.
