a new song that isn't as bad as people make it out to be vs. a decent song from the band's second album that is overplayed to hell when other superior tracks from that album (taaatd, kill me quickly, trust. see you in the shallows, the red death, beltsville crucible) don't receive as much praise? i don't think it's that bad of a take tbh.

 

My band just got confirmed to be support for Thrice in Sydney and Brisbane on their Australia tour in May, so stoked!
Not sure if there's any Aussies in here going to see them.

There's something titled "Deeper Wells" on the most recent RSD list I've seen. Perhaps that's the B-sides.

 

This is exactly why I was waiting to pass judgment until the official list came out.

 

There it is. Contrary to the marketing language, it's still a collection of b-sides. But hey, I like the confidence they're showing.

Because I've known about this release for months, which I shared here. All of this was recorded during the Palms sessions. That's why they're calling it an extension of that experience (or something).

 

Yes you did and thanks for it! Makes sense if they have extra songs from the Palms sessions to put them out. I hope there is a digital component to all this.

This is the other question. I don't even know if the record store near me would carry Thrice. eBay will be the best option I guess.

 

Pay a premium for it on eBay. Sometimes SRC vinyl Canada posts extras on their website.

 

It’s out of 4000 so shouldn’t be too hard
