I'm guessing this has been mentioned somewhere in these 214 pages, but... Just copped these at the Key Food downstairs from my apartment. Didn't know Barrier Brewer (Oceanside, NY, a town over from where I grew up) was brewing a Thrice beer. Pretty cool. They've also done an Every Time I Die beer (Hop Damn!) and a bunch of Phish beers.
So I had it last night. It wasn’t as good as the previous collab that Thrice did with Barrier (The Long Defeat - a hoppy pilsner) but this was still good.

You mentioned a band, in nonchalance, that a good majority of this forum doesn’t want to read or see anything about. Also, I agree with your number 1.
To be fair he did omit the actual name of said band. Even though he did reference them, I feel like he tried to do it in a more respectful way.
They existed. People don’t have to like or except what one one member did, but you kind of hope that we are all grown enough to handle the use of the name Brand New “The Devil And God...” when discussing your favourite record. I can appreciate the edit though. I really hope people aren’t that easily offended.
I haven’t listened to it in over a year, but TDAG absolutely still means a lot to me. If anyone desires to talk about it, my PMs are open.
You can like what you want. No need to apologize to anyone for that. There's nothing embarrassing. Good on you if you can separate the music from the people who made it.
