I don't think it's the most sold, but it is the highest charting from what I can tell. Thrice Chart History edit - that link above doesn't seem to match this page: Top Album Sales : Page 1
the vinyl I'm most familiar with is the vinyl siding of a house that I'm inspecting, can I talk about that here or no
As some one that is completely detached from the vinyl situation, what they are offering is totally not a solution. This wasn't a mass misunderstanding as theyve tried to paint it as. It's a legitimate fuck up that KRM or Epitaph are soley responsible for.
Just had time to spin through the whole thing on vinyl. Wow, did it resonate beautifully. So in love with that little flourish in Blood on Blood, it chimed and twinkled so perfectly in my living room that I got chill. Chills, y’all. Chills.
Shhhh. I’m still bummed about it, but I think we’ve received final word on it. Better to move on than to hold such animosity. It’s a good record.
Ah, didn’t ignore. Just forgot to respond. Response: I’ll try to give it a spin this week. The final word was an email Epitaph sent out yesterday to all those who ordered. Basically, a big shrug and denial that there was an issue, but they we could send our records back for a full refund.
Not related to Thrice at all but No Sleep had a MASSIVE fuck up like this (I can't remember the record, and also fuck that label) but they emailed everyone (months after the fact) that they were sending out the new pressing to fix the fuck up and actually asked hundreds of people to SHIP THE PREVIOUS RECORD BACK from months before. I'm pretty sure nobody actually sent the record back after that long. Sorry y'all got the shaft. Edit: it might've had something to do with their old vinyl subscription service.
I don’t love the Bronx. I mean, they were good. But they played a couple songs too long and the singer saying “let’s go Orlando” multiple times for every single song got really old, really fast. It didn’t help that the fucking light tech decided to blind the pit with lights every singles god damn time the singer said that. Then they would leave the lights on for way too long. Did the light tech get paid for each light he turned on when “Orlando” was said? It was so utterly obnoxious. Their set was solid, despite the repetitive phrase being said. The part where the singer gets in the pit was fun and felt like a good ending to their set with maybe one more song when he got back on stage. But they played 2 or 3 more and I was just so done with them. People around me were so happy when he finally said it was their final song. I get that the opening bands need to do their best to win crowds over, but read the room and try to learn more than one phrase to get people going.
I enjoyed The Bronx’s set in Orlando, but I was also not in the pit. As far as hardcore/punk bands go, the lead singer had some of the most on-point vocal performances I’ve seen live.
