It’s not like this is the first time Thrice has had issues with a merch rollout. The disappointment of finding out my holy grail of vinyl sold out 7 hours before it was supposed to go live is fresh in my mind. Thankfully they made up for it

I'm pretty sure I refresh my order page like 20 times daily. I just hope that the "Deluxe" vinyl is something more than just a unique color variant.
This is about how I feel. It seems like most of my vinyl pre-orders arrive late, face delays, etc. The lack of communication is a little frustrating, but nothing to make me lose (even more of) my hair over.

Guys, my vinyl order from Vinyl Vixens is missing the subtotal. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? I ordered the hot spring variant with a 180 gram swirl, digipack and slipmat made out of carbon fiber. Please help.
