Okay, I caved. This is very good.

...it also makes me think of the Hunger Games.

Not crazy about it. But I still respect and love how they never hesitate to try new things.

Considering what they've said so far about the record, it sort of seems to me that they're choosing to release the more straightforward songs first as a way of managing expectations or something.

This gives me "Call It In the Air" vibes, and that was my favorite track on M/M

love it, trumps speech today said the exact same sentiment as this song. i know a lot of people on here hate him, but as i listen to Thrice and even Propagandhi, their foreign policy ideals align exactly with what the donald said today

I loved it from the second I heard the guitar tone in the intro. Definitely getting some Soundgarden vibes from this, the same way that I did from most of Major/Minor. Also, something about the bridge is just so satisfying.

Honestly I think I like this a bit more than Blood in the Sand. I'm also somehow even more pumped for TBEITBN now which I didn't know was possible!

  7. This is the dumbest thing I've ever read.

Trump/Kensrue 2016, y'all! Seriously, can you link me with a synopsis of what he said? I honestly don't feel like Googling it.

    I'm getting big "Sink" feels.

First song was dreadful, this is fine though. Still not really feeling it too much.

His speech was incredibly incoherent and contradictory, but he did mention America needs to get out of the nation building business and reduce our global reach. That does sound somewhat related to this song.

I saw the speech and I can back that he did say this, and that it's a great thing to hear from him.
