What a weird rule. And of course it would be the female writer omitted in this situation. Good Marvel are behind it and supporting her - but who chose that she would be the extra writer who wouldn't get credited? Did Marvel submit it saying here are the X writers and the guild come back saying "you've got one too many so we've taken off this person"? I've no idea how these things work. Clearly. Edit: the article makes this is a bit more clear. Read the article first, read the article! Although it doesn't mention the fourth writer.
Official South Korean poster. Based on Kim Hong-do's 18th century paintings. I LOVE this. The marketing for this movie has been great. It's nice to see a movie poster for a Marvel/Disney film that isn't a shitty Photoshop job.
I don't even care about reviews, but I'm glad to hear there's plenty good reactions to screenings. 26 more days!
I really think this is going over $100 million on opening weekend. $90-100 million was the prediction, but I think the good reviews, great cast and final marketing efforts will help this. Just because I know people will just say it's Rotten Tomatoes: Of course, it's just positive reviews... A lot of them just say it's a fun movie and best of the Thor movies, but not that it's some kind of historical cinema effort. We get it. haha
77% would be impressive because it would take 2nd in the MCU, just behind Iron Man. I'm sure it'll change a bit closer to release, but not bad.
Box office is predicted to be over $100 million. Good reviews and hype for this are really amping up. 98% on Rotten Tomatoes (1 rotten from a Variety writer who clearly hates superhero movies) and 74 on Metacritic.
It looks like Val's sexuality will not be addressed in the movie and Tessa only had it in mind that Val is bi while she was filming. 'Thor: Ragnarok's Tessa Thompson Clarifies Valkyrie's Sexuality Comments
99% now. lol I never thought I would see a percentage this high for a Thor film even though RT does have exaggerated tomato scores.
This is the most fun i've had at the cinema in a long time. Everything about it hits the right spots. Seeing this again ASAP!
