This movie really is the first in this phase I truly do not feel drawn to see. The Thor series is lacking in the MCU and this on the surface looks just like the first two snoozefests. Except one thing, Natalie Portman has been replaced with the Hulk.

 

There is one reason this will be the first Thor film I see in theatres.... Jeff Goldblum. The MCU found a way.

Also, Hot Topic Thor's clearly carrying Surtur's mask. The minis also show off Fenrir and some that kind of look like others in Hulk's Warbound. (Not thinking that will happen.[/spoiler}

You know what? He's not in the minis, but this was also listed as series 1. So we must be looking at some secondary figures that might've been even more spoilerish.

Did Hulk have conversations like that in the other movies?

 

Nope. Apparently he's been continuously Hulked out for 2 years, so he's basically a 2-yr-old, lol. Fun explanation for getting the Hulk persona to a place more akin to the comics. I hope he says "HULK SMASH" at some point.

 

Well, we at least knew Hulk thought of Loki as a "puny god."

 

Really helps that I watched this right after I saw the Justice League trailer

 

Damn that looks so great.

 

Can't believe the movie I'm most excited for is Thor 3 but here we are. That looks so incredible.

 

Really rad they used a Magic Sword song in it, that band is so much fun.

Love that Hulk is more like the comic version, probably the closest we're going to get to an actual Planet Hulk too so I'm pumped.

 

There is so much good Hulk content in that trailer. Bruce not knowing how to fist bump to his reaction to them finding Loki in chains. So. Much. Good.
