cool song, but it definitely sounds like it's building up to something, but it never gets there. i guess the following track on the album is what it's building up to, which is cool, but it makes this song feel more like an interlude or something. but either way, it's a nice little song.

 

Could be track 1? Who knows. I love it.

Song feels like it's just meandering with no real conclusion. I think I'd like it more in the context of the album, but it's a curious choice for a lead single. It's not bad. It's just not hooking me in as a single.

My recollection was that it was always intended to have lyrics, it's unclear whether SJ ever actually finished them or not

Just saw this and was going to post after my comment about it not really hitting the mark as a lead single. I can appreciate what he's saying. I really think the song could be great if sequenced effectively into the album's tracklist. I still don't love it as a single, but that's just me of course.

 

Guys first song dropping does not mean its being promoted as a single, whatever they use as a single will be more radio ready

Honestly I thought it was about to go off there at the end but it was actually the end haha. Really nice song but I feel like this is track one on the album that leads to an explosive second track?
