Things you are a sucker for in music

Like the title says, what are things you are a sucker for in music? They might be cliche or overused, but something that always gets you whether music or lyrics wise.

For example: something on drums for me is any type of rim shot (heh) playing or brought in during slower parts (ex Moving Mountains on their new record)

Not sure how to explain it on a more technical level, but when singers are away from the mic and the room noise is brought in for more of a organic sound (stuff like what Underoath did on LITSOS)

I'm not sure of the technical term for it, but I fucking love a good "YEAHUPH" in the middle of a song. First example I can think is from this GIVER song.
