It sounds like it diverges completely from the book (just like Under the Skin) but the author passed away today

 

Under the Skin was a book!?

 

After reading Erlichs review I still feel like I have no idea what this movie is about

 

Under the Skin really got to me; so unsettling. Excited for this.

Also, every time I see the directors name I accidentally picture Jon Glaser (Councilman Jam from Parks and Rec.)

 

This is going to be so outrageously good

I really have no idea what kind of feel this movie will have to make a judgement

 

Actually not going to watch the trailer - want to go in completely fresh for this one

 

I have a feeling this is going to be a movie I do not like, but can't stop thinking about. And I think that's the reaction Glazer wants.

Just got out of this. Such an upsetting movie that's also a bona fide work of art. The ending really sold it for me. One of the best endings I've seen all year.

 

Is it worth it seeing in theaters? I’m debating if staying late in NYC one day after work to see this since it’s not playing locally for me
