The last half of the season kinda threw me. I still enjoyed watching but not as much compared to the first half

 

I thought it got better as it went on. Loved how it set up a lot of plot points that made it seem like it was heading for standard "antihero" drama territory, only to completely subvert those expectations and become something else entirely.

I don't get it. So it's a new series?

 

I thought that at first, but the ending to season one could be Jude Law literally dying, so this would be the new pope coming in.

Oh, I know. I really, really hope he returns. He was amazing. Might be his best role ever.

 

I will gladly watch 10 more episodes of this.
