Eh, this isnt the type of band I want to listen to one track from really. This is a "whole album" kind of band, imo. Edit- I say, as I go and listen to it anyways. Edit #2- Ah, god. AH YES. THIS FUCKING SONG! LEEEEZZZZZ GOOO FAM This part: "We know they've got a plan for us. A car for us to drive in. A box for us to die in. A vote for us to write-in. An app we all confide in. Making money....is horrible and rotten.....an institution." And this part: "Can you still call it business if you're stealing? Can you still call it a country if all the states are broken?"
Their setlists in Brazil have been awesome. Much more lengthy than I'm used to seeing. Hopefully they'll have those type of set lengths when they tour here too
wow yeah those are long sets. 75-90 minutes? doubt we'll get something that long in the states because they won't need to be contracted to play that long but that'd be sick
I think the longer set times is special for Brazil's since it's not a place bands this size normally tour.
I agree unfortunately. I was lucky when I saw them for whatever reason they played a good set length, but from what I've seen on setlist.fm a lot of shows they only play 11 songs.
still very cool to see them even trying to play that long, lots of respect there. i know they've had an amazing journey there based on things i've seen members post
the show sunday was unreal. pretty good crowd, better than TWY last year (same venue). i almost didn't go thinking they'd play just 8-10 songs like they used to do but as soon as i found out they were doing 18 i got the fuck outta here. totally worth the 4 hour round trip and almost missing the last bus. so glad that they seemed to really enjoy us and the country. judging from "Marine Tigers" this album is gonna smash all our heads and hearts together and i can't wait. top 10 I Can Be Afraid of Anything is the best emo song of all time Rage Against/Ra Patera (its one song cmon) Mount Hum The Word Lisa January 10th Willie Smoke & Felt Layers of Skin Gordon Paul Haircuts
