I've seen Nik Bruzzese posting vids of them in studio on his insta story. He's got The LumberYard Recording with Ace Enders, so it's looking like we may finally be shaking Evetts off. Nothing against the dude but seems he's the common denominator for every TWY album sounding muddy as all hell. I know Burst & Decay was acoustic so it's different for mixing, but it sounded so good to actually be able to hear Dan's voice and tell the guitars apart, so I'm excited to see what good influence Ace may have. I think he really understands what TWY are about.

I did not like NCTH when it came out but I've been listening to it all week and I kind of love it now. still really don't like the production...there is no comfortable volume to listen to this in headphones. I also think that these are Dan's best lyrics.
NCTH was just a miss for me except 3-4 songs, but that will not keep me from getting absolutely hyped for this.
I'd be perfectly okay with a NCTH 2.0. I know they won't do anything similar to it, but I would be happy.
Same here man, there's songs I return to off it that I absolutely adore but as a whole it doesn't reach the standards the band set for themselves off the previous 3 albums. I still have bare faith in these boys to put out something that's gonna floor me
