Here I am driving to my last first day as an undergrad student. I put on "My Last Semester" since I graduate in December! I've been waiting to use this song for a long time now.

i think theres a TWY song tethered to many specific life events of mine. the most recent being helping a friend who had recently been diagnosed as bipolar and he sought me out to just kinda talk and vent since i too have BPD. we walked around near the beach and i just listened to him and i couldnt help but hear certain lyrics from "Bluest Things On Earth" in my head. he'd tried to kill himself and this led to him getting help and being put back on the right track, he mentioned the medicine he's now taking are little blue pills and i couldnt stop myself from saying "the bluest things on earth dont know shit about the blues huh?". we embraced and laughed and cried and it was something we both needed and neither of us will ever forget. im glad hes doing better.

Cigarettes & Saints (This one was tough, but C&S I think is stunning as a standalone song, whereas Funeral is incredible as the closer to the album, but I'm less likely to actually just put the song on because I want to hear the song. I don't feel great about this though.)
