Fuck I missed the last round of voting! Anyways, I do love Jason's part on Stained Glass Ceilings, but... Cigarettes and Saints
I rescued an old rectangular coffee table, I sanded it down and will be covering it in Wonder Years imagery and lyrics. I'm probably doing a combo of sharpie, pen, wood burning, and printed pictures to make it more collage like. Most likely putting images from the last four album covers in each of the corners and then putting lyrics all around. I'm curious what lyrics really resonate with others and if you all wouldn't mind sharing you could add them on the link below. Just click the '+' button and add the lyrics. I'll try to incorporate as many as possible. The Wonder Years Lyrics
Oh shit. Awesome. I lived in Hatfield for the past 18 years and just moved into a house in Lansdale. Hatfield Pizza is fantastic for fancy style pies. Vinny's ain't bad either, but the cheesesteak pie at Hatfield is a favorite. Oki Sushi over by the high school is all-you-can-eat but made to order. V decent sushi. Ooka on 309 is reallly good if you want a standard sushi/hibachi place. Izu Sushi is also v good. Stove & Tap is all locally sourced American-style food. Bacco in North Wales is awesome Italian. El Limon in Ambler is FUCKING AWESOME mexican. Tex-Mex is decent, but El Limon is fucked up.
Cigarettes & Saints As a side note, if you're enjoying this bracket game and want to do so for other bands you might like, we're trying to gather enough people over in the Relient K thread. Come on over if you're interested!
This is hard for me, as these are probably my two favorite songs on the album (although Bluest Things on Earth is up there as well), but... Cigarettes and Saints
Not sure if there's even a point in voting anymore haha. That being said, my vote goes to C&S, what a track.
Thanks for the tips! Roommate and I are both from Philly and are clueless. I actually just went to Stove & Tap yesterday for a work lunch, Turkey BLT&A was delicious. Good to know in the future, I had to go to Taco Bell yesterday and hated myself for it.
And yeah. this was a brutal round. Sorry @goosetoph for being the only Stained Glass Ceilings. Both great songs, and I think it's cool that two of The Wonder Years' most diverse songs were in the finals. You can keep the votes coming but I think it's fair to say its over. ---------------- Anyways, Suburbia is next. You guys have two options either I'll post the lineup this afternoon and have voting go to Monday 5PM or I'll post it Monday morning and have it go to 5PM Tuesday. Let me know what you all would prefer. The matchups are going to be some of the hardest yet I think.
Yeah, post at noon and have it go until Monday! It'll give people time over the weekend to make some hard decisions.
