Maaaaaan I really want to see this tour, but the stop nearest me is a 3 hour drive on a Wednesday, and I'd have to stand through Knuckle Puck again gonna be a gametime decision instead of 4 months in advance
It's the motherfucking Wonder Years on their last tour until they have new music out. I don't get the continued appeal of Knuckle Puck either but you just gotta.
Auto buy fuckin rules because I got busy at work and fucking forgot to buy them. I don’t think it was in any danger of an immediate sell out or anything but that was pretty handy
Grabbed seats for Boston because I’m getting old. I’m hoping that they have a merch table at that level at HoB like on the TGG anniversary tour
Got tickets for Friday and Sunday for Philly. Also, the exhibit for the 20 years of being a band is super cool for just 10 dollars. Rad space and really neat to see some of the old merch/tour posters/etc
I don’t think I’m gonna have an issue waiting a few hours, hell maybe even days, getting tickets for OKC
Ended up getting mine on TM instead of Seated because the latter was doing will call and I'd rather just...have them. Price was identical.
I didn’t realize people didn’t like the TLA. Maybe cause it is in my neighborhood, but I love it. I saw them there at their first wheel of rarities show on New Years. One of the best shows I have been to.
It’s cramped old and there’s no where to go to get away from the crowd. Bathrooms are awful and the bar is slammed with people always. feel like they could play the Fillmore which is significantly better
Counterpoint: it’s fucking sick. Naw, but I love the Fillmore. But they always play there. The TLA is way more intimate. But I also want to be deep in the crowd.
TLA stinks cause you can’t go upstairs anymore without a specific ticket. These shows are going to be paaaaaacked
I would never tell anyone not to enjoy them, but for whatever reason the bands like them, Neck Deep, etc just sound like I'd rather be listening to TWY instead. I've given their albums a few legit full-attention listens and just can't connect with the music, despite it being very much in my wheelhouse. I truly could not wait for their set to be over when they opened for The Starting Line last year and did not enjoy their fans being way rowdier (in over the top aggressive ways) than TSL's, with the frontman encouraging it. These are silly, personal, anecdotal reasons, they're probably the most delightful guys, but yeah, I'd be good to never see them live again.
Yeah, thought it was weird. I've bought from Seated many times and they've always just transferred me TM mobile tickets a few weeks out from the show. Would've made a difference if the fees were cheaper, but, nope.
