Friend of a friend was with them while recording and said its their heaviest and best stuff yet. Sounds like a new band.
Which is great because apparently they were reeeeeeeeeally considering calling it quits w the band around now. But I'm sure they have atleast the anniversary tour(s) and this new record in them, for now. because 2023 could be a TGG anniversary tour.
It’s gonna be interesting to see the roll out for the new album. Sister Cities roll out seemed massive. I’m hoping for some stuff that has a sound similar to “Ghosts of Right Now”.
I would like them to not break up, ever, so that is good to hear! Obviously life and everything, I get it, but it would suck to not have this band be active.
Yeah, I know they’ve all got other stuff going on and I’m totally understanding of them slowing down, but man would it be devastating to see them call it quits altogether.
Not huge on this new one but definitely excited about some new heavier energy. Dan sounds excited about whatever's coming next. I liked the last two records but they sound progressively more tired.
Yoooooooooooo is that show going to be like 5 hours long though? 4 bands and one of them essentially playing 2 sets lol. I’m too old for this shit.
It’s not really widely known, but posted in the Save Face thread on this site are some allegations. I don’t blame the wonder years for not knowing, it’s not really a public thing, but definitely sucks. I’ll probably show up to the show late because of it, and because as mentioned above, I am an old man.
I can't believe I get to see all of these bands (well, I guess not Save Face anymore although I know the dudes from TWY check this forum so there might be a change on this lineup) plus The Upsides and Suburbia in one night. Incredible tour.
